Ø Past
Perfect Continuous Tense ini digunakan untuk menyatakan peristiwa, tindakan
atau perbuatan yang telah berlangsung selama beberapa saat ketika terjadi
peristiwa atau perbuatan lainnya pada masa lampau.
Contoh :

When you met him, he had been waiting for you
for an hour.
Ketika kamu jumpa dia, ia
telah sedang menunggu kamu selama satu jam.

untuk menyatakan penekanan durasi sebuah tindakan atau peristiwa yang sedang
terjadi sebelum peristiwa lain pada masa lampau.
